A marketing hole in one…

So a user posts a youtube video about a glitch in Tiger Woods 2008.  EA Games could have done many things about it, like press releases, or even demanded youtube take the video down.

Instead they did this:

EA improve their reputation as good guys, and the original poster gets to be a bit more famous.  So don’t fall out with your customers for pointing out any shortcomings; thank them for it, it’ll just make your product better next time out.
