Platform for Experiments


We were asked to help Experian Consumer Services in the UK develop their product offering in 2014, to explore new avenues of how they could use their expertise in credit data to develop new products and services for people.

After the first wave of research, it became apparent that this would be work better carried out as part of a cultural change programme; instead of coming up with the ideas ourselves and implementing, we would develop a structured platform that gave the teams the new skills and permission to create these new offerings and services themselves.

Across the year, the Experian Experiments programme ran three times, and became a powerful conduit for change in the business.
